Chief Executive Officer
Becca believes that an open environment leads to better communication and more collaboration. Maybe that’s why TM has been named one of Advertising Age’s Best Places to Work three years in a row under her leadership. Becca’s list of brand experience spans from A to Z. Literally. It includes American Airlines, Arby’s, Best Buy, Community Coffee, Universal Orlando Resorts and ZTE. When she’s not running the agency (or a marathon), Becca is a member of the Dallas Citizen’s Council and Dallas’ American Heart Association’s Circle of Red chapter. As a mother of four kids and a whole agency full of kids, we like to think that TM stands for “Tenacious Momma.”
Chief Creative Officer
Lisa is always coming up with new and imaginative ways to inspire her teams and our clients. Under her guidance, TM also stands for “Think Monsters.” She has led the creative charge on some of the world’s most iconic brands, including McDonald’s, Disney, Clorox, Intel, ConAgra Foods, Heinz and Delta Airlines. Lisa and her teams have won top accolades at prestigious shows such as Cannes Lions, CLIO’s, One Show and D&AD. She was named one of Advertising Age’s “21 To Watch in the 21st Century” and one of Business Insider’s “Most Creative Women in Advertising”. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Texas and member of the Moody College of Communications Advisory Council.
Chief Strategy Officer

Her expertise has helped brands such as Pepsi, Lincoln Mercury, Amtrak, Whataburger, HoneyBaked Ham and Ruth’s Chris forge powerful connections with consumers. She has a deep understanding of ever-shifting consumer behavior, as well as experience in analytics, media strategy and cross-channel buying and planning.
